Processing by the Company is necessary to conclude contracts with you and to properly fulfill the obligations assumed towards you as well as other legal obligations. If you do not provide personal data, the Company cannot complete transactions with you or provide other services you require.

Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data – Conclusion and performance of contracts with customers, including the collection of overdue payments from defaulting customers (legal basis: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract; personal data of representatives authorized to communicate with the Company), mandatory accounting of business operations (legal basis), fulfillment of legal obligations applicable to the Company, analysis of business operations (statistics) (legal basis: Legitimate interest of the Company in analyzing its business operations and maintaining statistics).
